Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for bikes and boards?
We offer a 50-day return window for most items. Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large items like bicycles and paddleboards.
Do Retrospec bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes arrive 85-95% assembled. We provide all necessary tools and clear instructions for the final steps, though we recommend a professional safety check at a local bike shop.
Is there a warranty on my purchase?
Yes, we stand by our quality. All Retrospec frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, while components and other gear generally carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States. We are working on expanding our reach to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations in the near future.
How can I track my package?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
