Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear returns to the correct warehouse.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack your items in their original boxes, including all manuals and accessories, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while our team inspects your return and processes your refund.
